Elite College Camps

Welcome to our Elite College Camps homepage.  In 2019 we are again hosting our highly successful and popular camps.  Please read all information on the home, registration page, FAQ and cancellation policy prior to completing the camp registration.

Our camp date is scheduled for Friday, June 21st 2019 at the Tracy Sports Complex, 955 Crossroads in Tracy CA. Our camps are fully NCAA compliant and run by college coaches only.

Our camps use college coaches from the top D1 programs, mid majors, D2, D3 and NAIA programs to give players opportunity to expose their talents to many programs, each camp is operated by 4 individual coaches from 4 different programs, the coaches then change fields so the players are then able to work with a new set of coaches.  Players get to work directly with 8 different coaches from the colleges listed.  Each field has no more than 30 players in attendance and we use multiple fields so that each field is run independent of the others.

Our camps accept up to 120 players but place no more than 30 players per field, we run 4 individual camps on 4 individual fields.  Each field runs independent of the other field.  Camp is open to female players with a high school graduation year of 2020 through 2024, JC players considering moving to a 4 year program or existing 4 year college players wishing to transfer to another program.

Our camp is associated with Premier Girls Fastpitch only.  Our camp times will not conflict with games that are associated with the 1st to 3rd PGF event in the area on this weekend.  We have no control of games times of any other events in the area, please make sure that if you are attending another tournament other than the local PGF event, your game time does not conflict the camp time or you are able to attend if there is a conflict.  Cancelling is subject to the cancellation policy even if there is a game conflict with another event other than the 1st to 3rd event run locally that weekend.

The pitching evaluation session is watched by all coaches in attendance. Each pitcher can be expected to throw the equivalent of 3 innings (three 7-minute sessions, a total of approx. 65-75 pitches, you must supply your own catcher, it can be a player or an adult) This session last approx. 45 minutes and includes a discussion with all coaches.

The player camp follows the pitching session and includes the following…
1 hour of Defensive Drills
1 hour of live hitting…drill and front toss
2 hours of live games, these live games include live pitching by the participants in the camp.  At the end of the 1st hour of live games, a new set of 4 coaches switch fields and facilitate the final hour of games.  This allows for the players to be exposed, work with and speak directly with 8 different coaches from 8 different programs.
The player camp last 4 hours and 15 minutes. Pitching Evaluation session begins at 9:30am.  You must supply your own catcher (an adult is OK to use).  Player camp starts at 10:30am and ends at 2:45pm.

All players are expected to show up in plenty of time to warm up and be prepared to start the camp sessions at the designated start time.  The coaches will start the camp with the understanding that the players are warmed up and ready to go.

Colleges listed are subject to change based on circumstances beyond the control of Elite College  Camps.
